Dan thrived at LMS where he could choose a variety of courses to explore his interests and stretch his academic abilities.

"I surrounded myself with other strong students," he says. "I wanted to take classes with people who would drive me to be successful."

Dan was challenged educationally, but he also appreciated "the tie-in of academics, co-curriculars and spiritual life." Dan's parents were drawn to Lancaster Mennonite School's distinctive characteristics:

  • Christ-centered
  • Educational excellence
  • Faith-infused opportunities
  • Caring community
  • Global perspective

"Dan was blessed with academic, social and spiritual growth in a Christcentered setting with excellent teachers and staff," they say.
